Welcome to the Spanish Language Placement Test for the program in Interpreting and Translation at Davidson County Community College. This test is intended to measure proficiency in Spanish at a near-native level.
The test consists of 45 questions divided into 8 sections. It will take approximately 25 minutes to complete. It should be taken in one session in a place free of interruptions and noise. Answer to the best of your knowledge.
Every answer is saved when submitted. If your Internet connection fails for any reason, the test will open on the last unanswered item.
The test includes a listening section with audio. We recommend a broadband Internet connection to avoid problems downloading the audio. Be sure the sound in your computer is working at a proper volume level for you. You can use headphones, if you prefer.
